I have held the Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor award (MCI) since 2003 and the Development Coach Award since 2016 and have been working as a climber for more than 30 years. I have also been a Level 5 Inland Kayaker, Level 4 Sea Kayaker, Level 4 Open Canoe and Level 3 Surf (although I don’t think these things are relevant anymore).
