I’ve had a great week out in Italy, enjoying some very accessible ice in Serrai de Sottoguda. Highly recommended especially if it’s your first trip. There’s a lot to do, mainly in the lower grades and not too adventurous but lots of fun. To mix things up a bit we attempted to bag an Alp – in snowshoes. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, oh, jeez, honestly. Really, we did. And no, we didn’t get very far.
