Not a bad tally all things considered. Between Andrew and I we covered a lot of ground. Only hampered by painful feet due to the long days.
The days went well. Day 1 – The Arete, Bob’s Climb, Dawn Walk (abseil off) & Piton Route. He struggled a bit there, I had to abseil back to him to help.
Day 2 – first 3 pitches of Morpheus and the traverse and top pitch of Gronk. Then Nightmare and a spirited go at Daydream.
Pretty much a ‘what to do at Avon when the sun is out and you’ve got a couple of days – list’.
