Development Coach Course Day 1 – reflections

I decided to turn the course on its head by considering big picture things first; planning, the learner journey, injury, macro strategies etc. I think it went well. Had some great input from the candidates especially with the outcome orientated tasks. I enjoyed the day and didn’t feel out of my depth so no bad thing. Looking forward to tomorrow
