My first rope solo for 20 years

Undeterred by bad weather, no partner and haphazard working I decided to carry on regardless and try some routes but to stay safe by using a rope. Only a severe on Sea Walls at Avon Gorge but what a delightful way to enjoy an easy route and keep my wife happy at the same time (Jess not impressed with my recent lack of rope habit). The techniques are easy (assuming I’m doing it right) and it allows for a nice steady pace. More methinks
