We all want to be better climbers, fitter people and healthier in the long term. Personal Training was developed to help people maximise their performance whilst minimising injury. Efficiency gains means less time spent being unproductive and an overall improvement in fitness.

Personalised coaching is designed to help you get the most out of your climbing. Sessions are fortnightly or weekly and you sign up to a minimum of 6 sessions – each for £20. Each session lasts 3-4 hours. These sessions have up to 4 participants and dates are announced – normally winter.

(Please note you must be a member of the wall you wish to be coached at and you need to pay entry)

For this you get a full profile created which includes:

  • Pre-interview questionnaire
  • Self-analysis assessment
  • Neuro-musculoskeletal assessment (I’m a Physio don’t you know)
  • Tailored 6-12 week training programme
  • Learning styles analysis
  • Video feedback assessment
  • Physical benchmarking

And that’s just for starters. Every time we meet as well as following your training programme I will be constantly observing and analysing your movement, technique and overall approach to ensure that your strength areas are capitalised on and you eliminate your weaknesses.

For individualised coaching/guiding indoors or outdoors booking me for half a day of coaching costs £80 or £160 for a full day. Or £100/£200 for two of you.
